I am the managing director on the board of the Roy Williams Foundation. Our mission is to end/reduce veteran and first responder suicide by creating a community resource and providing tangible change to the stigma that surrounds mental health and mental health care in these populations.

As a fellow veteran and first responder's wife, I am candidly aware of the traumatic nature of these professions and the impacts they can have on not only your mental health but on your relationships and the ways you interact with the community around you.

I am committed to shifting the stigma surrounding mental health and providing quality care that does not negatively impact your career but allows you the space to process through and build skills to manage what you deal with on a daily basis. This will improve your quality of life, your relationships, and even the way you do your job.
