Intake/Prep Session
Here's where you start! If you're interested in KAP therapy you will need an intake assessment/prep session with the therapist to determine if you are a good fit for KAP work. The intake will be for new clients & the prep session will be for pre-existing clients. This session is 1-hour.
Self-Pay for this session is $95
Or this session can be billed to insurance if I'm paneled with your insurance.

Medical Intake Evaluation
If you are a fit for KAP work, I will refer you to my medical provider Julie Cain PMHNP-BC. These services are NOT covered by insurance at this time. The initial comprehensive 1-hour assessment is $350 plus the cost of medication for two doses, if you're approved for KAP. The follow up 30-min appointment is $175 plus the cost of medication for 4 doses. The prescription fees vary based on number of doses and are established by the compound pharmacy.
*These services are self-pay and will be handled with the medical provider, not the therapist.

KAP Journey Session & Integration Session
If you are cleared by the medical provider, you will then be scheduled for your KAP Journey Session. This session cannot be billed to insurance due to it's length. The cost of the KAP journey is $350 for a 3 hour session. Then you will have one integration session to help process the things that may have come up in your journey. This session is 1-hour. Self-Pay for this session is $95. Or the session can be billed to insurance if I'm paneled with them.
*A discount for payment with cash/check for the KAP journey is available.
Each of these steps is required to be able to receive Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. You may decide to discontinue the KAP process at any time but will not be refunded for previous services provided.

These package deals are for the therapy portion of KAP work. All package deals will require the medical assessment, follow up, and prescription fees listed above in addition to the prices listed for each package.
Stepping Into the Sacred
This package is a perfect initial experience with KAP work.
It includes:
- 1 Intake/Prep Session
- 2 KAP Journey Sessions
- 2 Integration sessions
A total of 9 hours of therapy for $905
*There is an additional $50 discount available for full payment up front.
Sacred Connection
This package is designed for a deeper therapeutic experience.
It includes:
- 1 Intake/Prep Session
- 4 KAP Journey Sessions
- 4 Integration Sessions
A total of 17 hours of therapy for $1,725
*There is an additional $100 discount available for full payment up front
Sacred Immersion
This package is for the complete therapeutic experience.
It includes:
- 1 Intake/Prep Session
- 6 KAP Journey Sessions
- 6 Integration Sessions
A total of 25 hours of therapy for $2,545
*There is an additional $150 discount available for full payment up front.
